ABK's principal clients are smallholder farmers. If they are not already organized, ABK will assemble individual farmers into groups for the purpose of service delivery

ABK works through Village Chiefs, Commune Councils, District Agricultural Offices and Provincial Departments of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

ABK operates in four provinces in 2008 – Takeo, Kandal, Prey Veng, and Svay Rieng.

Farmers are registered through seasonal contracts.

In 2008 the register contained 583 farmers with 268 hectare. It also has a contract with the Champei Cooperative to produce 150 tonnes paddy.
